What is Literature Review?
A Literature Review is the review, which discusses published information in a particular subject area, and sometimes information in a particular subject area within a certain period of time. A Literature Review can just be a simple summary of sources. It also combines the summary and synthesis and often has an organizational pattern. Here it could be added that, a summary is a collection of the important information of the source. On the other hand, a synthesis is reorganization, or a reshuffling of that information.
